The Domain Candy team have a strong customer service ethic.  We believe registering, managing and renewing domains should be a simple process, so back this up with a strong customer focused attitude, along with the processes and procedures to make that support as easy as possible.

We appreciate the work you have put into building a rapport and relationship with your clients.  At no point will our team contact your clients where it is not part of official auDA dictated policy or process when registering, managing or renewing domain licences.  The Domain Candy team are committed to upholding a strict code of conduct to all clients.

When your clients register a domain through your site, it will appear that they are registering the domain directly with you. As per auDA regulations you must indicate at some point on your site that Domain Candy is your registrar, but are under no obligation to use our logo or branding.

A Domain Candy Account allows you to login to one central place and manage all domains under your management, quickly and easily.  You will be issued your account name and password.  To register domains quickly, login using this account and you can choose existing contact records to allocate against the domain.

At Domain Candy we are very aware of the need to protect sensitive credit card and personal information during the domain registration and renewal process. We us a 128-bit Thawte SSL certificate in areas of the process which are deemed sensitive. We do not store your credit card information once the domain is approved or rejected.

We do not offer payment terms, your balance must be positive at all times. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard or cheque. You are required to pay a minimum $500 deposit, however this balance is used by your initial 8-10 domains you register or renew. If however, you move away from Domain Candy before that deposit is used up, you will not be provided a refund of any amount.

An agreement will be provided for your consideration on application.
